Because our services utilize software permission-based keys, we do not offer refunds at this time. Once a license key has been created, we are charged service fees from 3rd party entities. Only apply when you are ready to use our services.

Great question. We license AI chatbots with token-enabled logic conditions. Very similar to Microsoft Windows® product keys. A product key is a 25-character code that’s used to activate Windows® and helps verify that Windows® hasn’t been used on more PCs than the Microsoft Software License Terms allow.

Our license keys are generated using Google Cloud AI and AutoML. The license key is given a public reference number called a token and we assign it to a sponsor. This assignment is also known as a Sponsor ID. This grants anyone to use our software and services.

We service license key holders by allowing them to use our AI Assistants which educate visitors about home business automation. Every visitor that activates a new license from a token or Sponsor ID will be compensated by the system.

Make sure you are using a 4-6 digit alphanumeric code on our websites. If you are and still having trouble, scroll to the bottom of our website and make sure the AI Assistant is: Active. Look for the green flashing dot. If the AI Assistant is not active, refresh the page.

After activating your license, you have 365 days to use our software and services.

Our software is stored, managed, and available through the cloud. To access the services or software, you must have an internet connection. This prevents corrupt files from being downloaded onto your computer.
